- Handle all sourcing and purchasing tasks
- Manage incoming internal purchasing requests and generate external purchasing requests
- Track delivery of goods and services
- Purchase and negotiate materials, equipment, and supplies from suppliers
- Follow up on materials delivery schedule weekly and ensure supplier timely delivery
- Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in purchasing duties
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
About you
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Fast learner and able to work independently with little supervision
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fresh graduate also encourage to apply
