Purchasing Officer

Job Duties

• Responsible in product sourcing and database management
• Prepare purchase order
• Work closely with the suppliers / vendors from time to time in relates on product cost, specifications, delivery schedule and payment terms & conditions
• Maintain the database and keep information up-to-date
• Coordinate on-site inspection of the equipment / supplies
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Experience in main contractor is preferable
