Purchasing Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Experience in purchasing construction materials, electrical supplies, tools, or equipment is an advantage
• Good negotiation and supplier coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Can work independently and coordinate with different departments
• Willing to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Source and canvass materials, supplies, and equipment from suppliers
• Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and other purchasing documents
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Project, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements
