What they need
Responsibilities:
- To follow up closely with supplier on the delivery date.
- To update the delivery date in the system promptly.
- To negotiate the price for existing and new materials.
- To handle all incoming shipment which rejected by QA department including indent purchase.
- To follow up with supplier for the replacement quantity with a schedule date including indent purchase.
- To monitor and send vendor performance report / assessment report to supplier for both local & indent purchase.
- Accountable for the preparation, analysis and management of purchasing reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM or Diploma.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
