Job Description

• Min Diploma in Administrative Management or a related field.
• Min 1 year of working experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a related role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quotations, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details into the intern al database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.
