Purchasing Officer

• In charge on sourcing new suppliers, update suppliers list including new, current and previous vendors.
• Always in the lookout for suppliers that can serve and meet company needs in terms of new product offers, quality, price and service standards
• Assist in other purchasing activities such as but not limited to local purchases, document processing/filing and landed cost.
• Suggest new strategies in sourcing, new products offers/trends in the market
• Assist the purchasing manager and other team members in other department activities as and when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Ad, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs Ad or other related courses.
• At least 2 yrs experience in Purchasing; with experience in importation is a plus.
• Good personal & communication skills.
• Negotiating Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Worksheet.
• With experience in Netsuite is a plus.
