·       Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

·       Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

·       Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors.

·       Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

·       Monitoring stock levels. (Stationery, book)

·       Responsible oversea and local purchasing.

·       Create items to be ordered.

·       Issue PO

·       Control lead-time

·       Sourcing new items, discount, and payment term (credit) negotiate.

·       Receiving internal request.

·       Prepare Comparison.

·       Receiving and checking the goods when delivered
