Job Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather the location requirements on daily basis.
• Use the qualified suppliers for procurement.
• Select good quality material at best prices available in the market
• Obtain proper VAT invoices as per HHA policy
• Report to direct manager on daily basis for purchased items
• Follow up products provision and ordering in warehouses and ensure of re-order point.
• Drive company vehicle and be responsible about keeping it well maintained and clean .

Skills Description

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum of five years' experience as purchaser
• Saudi national is preferred.
• Fluent in oral and written communication both in English and Arabic
• Valid Driving license
