Purchasing Officer

Work Location : Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani
Working Day: Monday - Friday

Job Summary

Manage purchase orders, coordinate supplier deliveries, and maintain accurate purchasing records to support production requirements. Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures, assist with inventory monitoring and supplier evaluations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve purchasing and material supply issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and adjust schedules based on MRP.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, material returns, and credit notes.
• Coordinate part changes and alternative materials to address shortages.
• Monitor supplier performance and purchase price variance.
• Support VMI activities and follow company purchasing procedures.
• Report supply risks and support other assigned purchasing tasks.
• Support departmental activities and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
