Purchasing Officer

Ensure efficient purchasing operations and support business growth through strategic sourcing, vendor management, delivery coordination, and continuous cost reduction.

Duties & responsibilities

• Purchase order issue for indirect items
• Delivery control, follow up and negotiate
• Cost down activity of indirect material
• Purchase report (Purchase result, cost down, weekly report etc.)
• Cooperate with vendors, all factory purchaser and other department if any requested
• Conclusion of purchase specification and implement vendor audit
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 year experience in purchasing
• Competent knowledge of Computer
• Good command of English on writing and speaking
