Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities

• Track project timelines, budgets, risk registers, and construction milestones in close coordination with project teams.
• Lead end-to-end procurement of specialized equipment and technical materials from construction through commercial production.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, warranties, and SLAs with contractors, overseas vendors, and technology owners.
• Facilitate technology transfer, quality management systems (QMS), and training programs for local technical teams.
• Ensure equipment specifications and facility workflows comply with CPAKB, ISO 13485, MOH regulations, and Halal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with a registered Pharmacist (Apoteker) professional degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, preferably in pharma, medical devices, or industrial projects.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for cross-border vendor negotiations; proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills, project coordination, and analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to work on-site in Cikarang, West Java.
