About the role
A detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to support food and beverage operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source and purchase ingredients, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to meet purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and monitor supplier performance.
About you
- Previous purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in F&B.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with food ingredients, supplier sourcing, and inventory management is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage time-sensitive orders.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
Work Location: In person
