• Pay Rate: $40.00 – $50.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
• Primary Focus: SAP Ariba Administration & Procure-to-Pay Operations

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Purchasing Operations Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for SAP Ariba and lead the charge in optimizing procurement operations:

• System Expert: Serve as the go-to super-user for SAP Ariba, handling requisitioning, approvals, supplier onboarding, and the Ariba Business Network.
• Workflow & Access Management: Maintain approval workflows, delegation tables, commodity/cost center mappings, and manage user access governance.
• Problem Solver: Triage system issues, identify root causes, and partner cross-functionally to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Continuous Improvement & Testing: Gather business requirements, build UAT test scripts, and support procurement system enhancements and integrations.
• Training & Empowerment: Develop work instructions and deliver warm, engaging support and training to internal teams and users.
• Analytics & Governance: Maintain Power BI dashboards, support SOX controls, and track key operational metrics and spend visibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field with at least 4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement operations or procure-to-pay systems.
• SAP Ariba Mastery: Hands-on experience administering SAP Ariba (Buying/Invoicing, approval workflows, user access, and supplier enablement).
• Data & Analytics Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining operational reports or Power BI dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Partner: Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation and the ability to build seamless working relationships across IT, Finance, HR, and AP teams.
• Bonus Points: Experience in regulated environments (like Life Sciences), SAP S/4HANA exposure, or SAP Ariba certifications!
