Purchasing (Overseas)

Responsibilites :

• Control and negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping agents regarding pricing, shipment schedules, and coordination with shippers and consignees for import shipments.
• Analyze and negotiate product pricing, payment terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Monitor product delivery and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Evaluate and compare suppliers, both new and existing.
• Research and identify new suppliers.
• Ensure that the purchasing department's operations comply with internal workflows and procurement procedures.
• Report on purchasing performance, highlight issues and risks, and propose solutions and improvement plans to the General Manager. Monitor product delivery and resolve issues with suppliers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas purchasing.
• Experience in the trading business is an advantage.
• Strong command of English (Chinese is a plus).
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling cost optimization or cost saving initiatives will be considered an advantage.

Workplace Area : Bangkok, Asoke

Working Hour :  Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
