Position: Purchasing Packaging Material Supervisor.

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, preferably handling Packaging Materials.
• Able to communicate with suppliers in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and effective communication abilities.
• Good analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with local and overseas suppliers (especially Mandarin-speaking) regarding price quotations, sampling, lead time, and order updates.
• Purchasing Execution: Handle purchasing processes for packaging or raw materials, including PR/PO creation, price comparison, and material ordering.
• Cost & Quality Monitoring: Ensure materials meet quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchasing records, supplier data, and provide accurate and timely reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Warehouse to ensure material readiness and resolve supply-related issues.
• Issue Resolution: Follow up on delivery delays, quality issues, and negotiate corrective actions with suppliers.
