What they need
Bertanggung jawab atas proses pembelian kebutuhan operasional perusahaan, termasuk bahan baku makanan, bahan kebutuhan central kitchen, dan packaging untuk seluruh brand. Memastikan ketersediaan barang sesuai kebutuhan, melakukan pencarian dan komunikasi dengan vendor, serta menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan supplier.
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Purchasing/Procurement
- Memahami proses pembelian bahan baku makanan, packaging, dan kebutuhan operasional.
- Mampu melakukan negosiasi harga dan berkomunikasi dengan vendor.
- Teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.
