About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing Process Development professional to join our Purchasing Team division at our facility in Pluak Daeng Rayong. This is a full-time position that will be instrumental in optimizing our procurement operations and enhancing purchasing efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in developing, implementing and refining purchasing processes that support our production objectives and contribute to cost effectiveness and supply chain reliability. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational performance and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support to achieve year over year cost savings target (TVM) including both non design cost reduction and design cost reduction.
• Supply Base Management that provides financially stable supply base with highest manufacturing quality, efficiency and capability.
• Supply Chain Sustainability: Monitor and maintain supply chain health to proactively identify risks and avoid supply shortages or disruptions.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, leading structured meetings/reviews to track performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with CFTs (Engineering, Finance, Quality, Program Management) to align sourcing decisions with program timing, cost, and quality targets.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes, tools, and ways of working, including adoption of digital/AI solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related Information Technology.

• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred for effective communication in a multicultural manufacturing environment.

• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive manufacturer or related fields.

• Good knowledge and experience in innovation / automation function.

• Computer software skill such as AI, Power BI, Power automate, Tableau, SQL etc.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

• Strong skills in Time and Project Management.

• Self-Starter.
