Purchasing Runner

The Purchasing Runner is responsible for collecting, delivering, and handling purchasing-related transactions, including picking up ordered items, transporting documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and the dealership. This role ensures timely movement of goods and paperwork to support dealership operations efficiently.

Level of Authority

• Authorized to communicate with external supplier but must escalate significant decisions to immediate superior.
• Has no financial sign-off authority; any financial decisions must be approved by the Purchasing Manager or higher authority.
• Authorized to handle and process purchasing-related documents as required.
• Must follow established policies and procedures and has no authority to alter them.

Qualifications – Essential

• Graduate of any 2-year course or undergraduate of any 2 years or more in college.
• Must have knowledge about CAR PARTS

• College Graduate

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in purchasing management is an advantage.

Skills – Essential

• Familiar in Metro Manila area
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Can drive a motorcycle
