Purchasing & Procurement

Vendor Management

• Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers in line with company standards.

• Build strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance regularly.

• Monitor supplier risks and drive corrective actions and alternative sourcing strategies

Material Master & Purchasing Master Data

• Maintain accurate material, vendor and purchasing master data in SAP.

• Create and update master records, pricing data and sourcing information.

• Conduct regular data reviews to ensure integrity and reporting accuracy.

SAP Purchasing Operations

• Manage procurement transactions, PRs and POs through SAP.

• Ensure purchasing records and audit documentation are accurately maintained.

• Support system enhancements, issue resolution and user training initiatives.

Intercompany Purchasing

• Coordinate procurement activities among affiliated companies and business units.

• Manage intercompany purchase orders and supporting documentation.

• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and internal agreements

Event & Marketing Procurement

• Source and negotiate vendors for events, exhibitions and marketing activities.

• Procure event services, promotional materials and venue-related requirements.

• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Travel Procurement

• Manage procurement activities related to corporate travel and accommodations.

• Negotiate rates and service agreements with travel service providers.

• Control travel spending and ensure compliance with travel policies
