Purchasing Specialist

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Maintain relationship with current suppliers and negotiate terms & prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Help analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.
• Work closely with various department (e.g. F & B & Housekeeping, Engineering & Casino) to understand their purchasing needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and new products relevant to the hotel and casino industry.
• Assists in sourcing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Address any issues related to orders, deliveries, supplier performance.
• Ensure that all purchased products and services meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
