About The Role We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria, where we produce sourdough, softgrain and various bakery mixes. In this role, you’ll ensure the procurement of raw materials aligned with production needs and collaborate closely with Group Procurement to support our global sourcing strategy.

Main Responsibilities Procure raw materials based on production plans and inventory levels.

Collaborate with Group Procurement to align local sourcing with global strategies.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost optimization.

Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure data integrity in ERP systems (SAP).

Support the introduction of new materials and phase-outs in collaboration with R&D and Production.

Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders regarding material availability.

Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to align procurement with demand forecasts.

Monitor market trends and risks related to raw material availability and pricing.

Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and sustainability standards.

Provide input for budgeting and cost forecasting.

Qualifications Required For The Role

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English – intermediate to advanced level.
• Advanced Excel skills.
