Position: Purchasing Specialist

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, supplies, and services required for the company's operations. The role ensures timely, cost effective, and quality procurement while building strong supplier relationships and maintaining compliance with company procurement policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related course

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is an advantage

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Organized, detail oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products and services at competitive prices

• Process purchase requests and purchase orders while ensuring timely procurement and delivery

• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements to support uninterrupted operations

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and procurement reports

• Coordinate with end users, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure efficient procurement processes and compliance with company policies
