PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Purchasing Specialist (0–2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, following up on purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Request quotations and compare prices and quality
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of English is preferred
