About the Role

Geeks Store is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to manage offshore purchasing activities for electronics products and support the company in achieving competitive pricing, reliable supply, and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage offshore purchasing activities for electronics products.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Source new suppliers and identify opportunities for better pricing and product availability.
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare relevant data analytics and reports.
• Monitor and maintain accurate purchased items and inventory lists.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier commitments.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant purchasing experience.
• Experience in electronics purchasing is preferred.
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing and negotiation.
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with purchasing and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Compensation

Expected Package: 25,000 EGP
