Note: This position is for San Gines Philippines Corporation, which is part of the same group of companies as Vision Express Philippines. The role will be based onsite in Taguig City.

Purchasing Specialist

San Gines Philippines Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to manage purchasing requirements for restaurant operations and corporate office needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Restaurant teams on purchasing requirements.
• Maintain purchasing records and support cost-control initiatives.
• Assist with procurement requirements for new restaurant openings.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig.
• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
