Purchasing Specialist

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including request collection, quotation, evaluation, ordering, delivery follow-up, and invoice control,
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality,
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and alternatives,
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and contribute to overall procurement efficiency,
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchasing needs,
• Monitor and maintain procurement records and documentation through SAP systems,
• Track supplier performance metrics and report periodically,
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and support audit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience,
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis,
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with SAP systems,
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills,
• Strong organizational and time management abilities,
• A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset,
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
