- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Purchase and Supply, Business Administration or related fields

- Excellent communication, negotiation, mutitasking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
