Purchasing Specialist

Karub HOLDİNG is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our purchasing team and support our mining operations in [city/region].

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of heavy equipment spare parts, consumables, tires, fuel, lubricants, PPE and services for mine sites and processing facilities
• Collect and evaluate quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and negotiate price, payment terms and delivery conditions
• Source new suppliers, evaluate supplier performance and manage the supplier portfolio, both locally and internationally
• Travel abroad occasionally for supplier visits, factory inspections, negotiations and trade fairs
• Coordinate with site operations, maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of critical materials
• Follow up on international purchasing and import processes, including logistics and customs coordination
• Create and track purchase orders in the ERP system
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report on procurement performance
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procedures and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum [3] years of procurement experience, preferably in mining, construction or heavy industry
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as [SAP / Logo / Netsis] and MS Office
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
• Valid passport and driver’s license (Class B)
• For male candidates: military service completed or deferred for at least 2 years
