Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities

• Cooperation in the supply management team and support of the team at headquarters in Kleve by assisting with tasks including
• Preparation of requests for quotations and purchasing-related evaluations
• Material planning
• Timely and cost-effective procurement of goods
• Commissioning of services
• Contract management
• Processing order confirmations
• Appointment tracking
• Review of invoices
• Consistent optimization of merchandise management key figures
• Data maintenance

Position Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training (associate degree)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing
• Good written and spoken German and English skills, business fluent
• Good user knwoledge of MS Office products
• Confident an professional manner
