PURCHASING STAFF (ASAP!)

About the role

RVD FOOD GROUP seeking a Purchasing Staff to join the team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our procurement operations, based in Bgumbayan Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our purchasing activities and ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials and supplies that support our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. You will work collaboratively with various departments to meet procurement needs whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily updates on all purchasing activities.

• At the end of each working day, update/report the detailed list of purchases made that day.

• Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing transactions, invoices and supplier information

• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure adequate stock availability

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of supplier databases and procurement documentation

• Supporting the preparation of purchasing reports and performance metrics

• Ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelot degree in procurement, supply chain management or business administration.

• FRESH GRADUATES are highly encourage to apply!

• Proven experience/OJT/Internship in a purchasing, procurement or inventory role, preferably within manufacturing, transport or logistics sectors

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with purchasing or inventory management systems

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously

• Understanding of supply chain principles and procurement best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement is a plus

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (8AM-5PM)

Salary: Minimum pay w/ allowance

Deployment Location: Bagumbayan Taguig (Near Waltermart Bicutan)
