Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to support procurement activities by managing purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and material availability. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely, and efficient procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement Manager in managing local purchases for direct / non-direct materials.
• ⁠Coordinate with PPIC for forecast contract / periodical blanket orders to ensure consistent materials availability.
• Negotiate and search for the best value sourcing to ensure efficient and effective supply chain.
• Design audit and performance review for critical materials’ suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3 years prior experience in the same field.
• Honest, credible character with high professional standard and integrity.
• English proficiency.
• Knowledge / experience in food ingredients sourcing is a plus.
• Reside in or around South Tangerang (Tangsel).
