- Melakukan proses pembelian kebutuhan perusahaan sesuai permintaan departemen terkait.
- Berkoordinasi dengan supplier terkait harga, kualitas, dan jadwal pengiriman barang umum.
- Membuat dan mengelola dokumen purchase order untuk kebutuhan general item.
- Memantau penggunaan dan ketersediaan barang umum untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan.
- Melakukan perbandingan harga dan negosiasi untuk mendapatkan harga pembelian terbaik.
- Memastikan seluruh dokumen pembelian general item tersusun lengkap dan akurat.
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 (Manajemen / Teknik Industri / Supply Chain Management / Administrasi Bisnis)
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada bidang purchasing atau procurement
- Memiliki pengalaman di manufaktur terkhususnya beauty industry menjadi nilai tambah
