What they need
- Support PBG Purchasing request and project according to assigned job.
- Take turn handle different type of category
- Verifies purchase requisitions; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies.
- Survey and Evaluate of Vender's information & credit and negotiate.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price and approved comparison; forwarding purchase orders, monitoring and expediting orders.
- Processing and Maintain delivery of purchase orders; review product quality and resolves delivered in error with suppliers.
- Apply of prepayment request and follow up the payment.
- Check records of goods ordered and received and then closing order.
- Keeps on hand jobs record accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
