Purchasing Staff

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. ATEJA TRITUNGGAL, a leading manufacturing company located in West Bandung, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the purchasing and procurement processes to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Enter data on non-purchase parts (NIP) for PR creation by the requisitioner.
• Create and send POs to supervisor and Finance-Accounting to ensure that purchase orders are properly documented.
• Follow up and confirm the delivery time of goods or services by external providers to ensure that deliveries are received on time by the relevant departments.
• Grouping, organizing, and archiving data from the Purchasing Division to facilitate data retrieval when needed.
• Responsible for conducting regular visits to retail stores in the Bandung area to ensure store operations, product availability, merchandising, and customer service standards are properly maintained.

What we're looking for

• Min. Diploma Degree (D1-D3) of any major
• Min. 1 year experience is preferable
• Min. GPA = 3,00
• Must hold a driving license (SIM A)
• Good knowledge of Bandung and surrounding areas, including roads and alternative routes.
• Able to navigate Bandung independently and efficiently.
• Willing to travel and conduct frequent field/store visits.
• Strong administration skills, detail, and accurate
• Fresh graduate and final year college students are welcome
