Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Purchasing Staff member to join our Purchasing team at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP). As a Purchasing Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the availability of high-quality raw materials and supplies at competitive prices. This is a full-time position based in Pal Merah, Jakarta Raya, offering an opportunity for professional growth within the dynamic manufacturing and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner based on requests from various departments.

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and product quality that meets standards.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to secure the best value.

Monitor and reconcile procurement documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and goods receipt records.

Update and maintain inventory data in the company system accurately and in real-time.

Follow up on order statuses and identify and resolve delivery delays.

Assist in supply analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing procurement costs.

Coordinate with other departments including production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Document all purchasing transactions and maintain neat, organized records.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management; experience in the manufacturing or food & beverage industry is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and procurement best practices.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel) for data analysis. Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written).

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build positive business relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
