What they need
- Assists the Supervisor to achieve smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
- Coordinates with various suppliers regarding the specifications, quantity and target delivery schedule for the procurements requests of different end-users.
- Negotiates the price for new request and prepares canvass sheet and submit recommendation to immediate superior for approval.
- Prepares Purchase orders for all approve Purchase request.
- Monitors the delivery schedule and verify the delivered items and ensure compliance to required specification prior acceptance.
- Checks and receives delivered items and notify the end-user.
- Submits all invoices for all delivered items to Accounting Team.
- Prepares safekeeping of documents and contracts of the suppliers and ensures its confidentiality.
- Conducts supplier audits as may be required from time to time.
- Supervises activities and performance of subordinates.
- Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
