Job Summary:
We are seeking a Purchasing Officer to source goods and materials, negotiate with suppliers, manage purchases, and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing-related documentation and records.
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluating and buying goods, materials, and services essential for a company’s daily operations.
- Communication with suppliers / contractors / service providers
Qualifications:
- BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management or other related course/field.
- Preferably with proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related supply chain role in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Can communicate both in Filipino and English
- Proficient in communicating, coordinating and organizational skills
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
