Purchasing Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for operational and hospitality requirements.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and availability.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and received goods to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and related teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and procurement administration.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong administrative, numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
