PURCHASING STAFF

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our team at CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC' in Lipa City, Batangas. As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring the timely procurement of materials and the efficient management of our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

1. Researching and identifying reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and other necessary items
2. Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, delivery terms, and quality standards
3. Preparing and processing purchase orders, requisitions, and other purchasing-related documentation
4. Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, purchase history, and supplier performance
5. Collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials
6. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the purchasing function
7. Providing regular reports on purchasing activities and trends to management

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
4. Proficiency in using purchasing and inventory management software
5. Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices
6. A collaborative and proactive approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
