What they need
- Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good understanding of purchasing processes, vendor management, negotiation, and delivery monitoring.
- Knowledge of local and import purchasing processes is preferred.
- Understanding of Customs and Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) procedures is highly preferred.
- Familiar with purchasing and shipping documents such as PO, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, and Delivery Note.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing and Bonded Zone environment.
