Receives, reviews and process Purchase Requestions.
Research potential supplier of raw materals and supplies.
Responsible for the accreditation, periodic evaluation and disqualification of suppliers.
Maintains record of approved suppliers.
Requests quotation, negotiates price, delivery and terms with suppliers.
Prepares and issues Purchase Order to accredited suppliers.
Monitors status of Purchase Order and ensures on time delivery of suppliers.
Informs supplier of delivery discrepancies and defective raw materials subject for return or replacement.
Coordinates with supplier Sales Invoice & Delivery Receipts discrepancies.
Submits Purchase Journal Report, supplier Sales Invoice and Purchase Order to Accounting for payment processing.
Keeps records of Purchase Orders, Supplier data and quotations.
