What they need
- Receives purchase requisition
- Sourcing of suppliers
- Issue and obtain approval of supplier selection sheet
- Acquire quotation and obtain product evaluation approval
- Conducts monthly evaluation for vital suppliers and quarterly evaluation for non-vital selected suppliers.
- Updates approved suppliers list
- Prepare monthly Purchase summary.
- Prepare purchase order
- Maintain and control records of purchase orders
- Receives and verifies delivered items
- Updates the delivery status
Qualifications:
- 4 years grad (any course)
- With Knowledge in purchasing
- With 6 months experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
