Purchasing Staff

Manages the sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of goods, equipment, and services needed for business operations, ensuring cost savings and supplier reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate vendor bids, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders (POs) based on company specifications.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance regarding delivery time and quality.
• Collaborate with inventory and finance teams to track order fulfillment and process invoice approvals.
• Analyze market trends to source quality raw materials or supplies at competitive prices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with procurement ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
