PURCHASING STAFF

Job Qualifications

• Education: Must be a College Graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing, Logistics, or as an Import Releasing Officer.
• Technical Skills: * Proficient in Sourcing and handling Request for Quotations (RFQ).
• Strong knowledge of Importation processes and Bureau of Customs (BOC) Releasing procedures.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

II. Summary of Duties

• Importation & Logistics: Assisting in the end-to-end importation process, specifically coordinating the timely release of shipments from the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
• Supplier Sourcing: Actively identifying and vetting new suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
• RFQ Management: Managing and evaluating Request for Quotations (RFQs) to secure the best deals for the company’s requirements.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate records of purchases and ensuring seamless communication between vendors and internal departments to meet operational deadlines.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
