Purchasing Staff

With at least 2 years' experience as Purchasing Staff, Proficient in communication.

Knowledgeable in MS office, EXCEL,

Vendor Sourcing- Identify and evaluate prospective vendors.

Vendor Coordination - Follow up with vendors to confirm scheduled services and secure required, documents for purchased ordering processing.

Negotiation - Engage with the vendors to address products/service quality, pricing and payment or services agreement terms.

Database Management - Maintain and update the vendors databased tracker.

Accreditation & Evaluation - prepare and release vendor accreditation and performance evaluation forms.

Performance Tracking - Monitor and ensure timely submission of evaluation form by vendor and the assigned Engineering.

Quotation Management - Provide and follow up on request for quotations for products/services requested by the other department.

PA/PO/RPF Processing Management- Manage purchase approval workflows and executes purchase order processing to support timely procurement operations.

Issue resolution- Coordinate with Vendors regarding concerns, inquiries, and operational issues.

Additional duties- perform other tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Head.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
