What they need
- The Purchasing Staff assists with day to day operations of the Purchasing Department.
- Responsible for receiving, encoding and monitoring new Purchase Requisition for canvassing by Purchasing Officers.
- Assists the Purchasing Officer in canvassing items for quotation for both local and imported items to accredited suppliers subject for evaluation and review by immediate superior.
- Responsible for the creation purchase orders to be reviewed by the Purchasing Officers and transmittal of approved documents to supplier thru fax of email.
- Coordinates with Finance Department regarding payment status, inform suppliers of the payment details.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or any related principles.
- With at least one (1) year work related experience.
- Must be detail-oriented.
