Purchasing Staff

• Negotiate price/terms and recommend best value
• Make accurate scheduling requests for the timely delivery of materials.
• Review and ensure the quality of products and materials prior to approval and procurement
• Prepare and submit quotation and purchasing summaries for management review and approval.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all orders, payments, receipts, and supplier communications
• Support warehouse and site teams with any supply-related issues or requests
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics/delivery teams, and warehouse staff for smooth receipt and inventory of goods

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years purchasing experience (construction/hardware/fit-out is a big plus)
• College Graduate of any Business Course, Architecture, Engineering
• VERY KEEN IN DETAILS
• CAN WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION
• STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Excellent follow-up mentality (chaser mindset)
• Strong Excel skills (comparison sheet, tracking)
• Organized, honest, detail-focused (high-end finishing demands this)

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
