Purchasing Staff

The successful candidate will assist in the procurement of medical supplies, medicines, office supplies, equipment, and other hospital necessities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Source and canvass suppliers to obtain competitive prices, quality products, and favorable terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, quotations, and payment terms.
• Ensure the timely procurement of medicines, medical supplies, laboratory supplies, office supplies, and other hospital requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with concerned departments to prevent stock shortages.
• Verify the accuracy of purchase requests, quotations, delivery receipts, invoices, and other purchasing documents.
• Maintain organized and updated purchasing records and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with the Accounting, Finance, Pharmacy, Nursing, Laboratory, and other concerned departments regarding procurement needs.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure that purchased items meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
