What they need
- Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
- Request and compare supplier quotations
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
