Purchasing Staff

Job Descriptions:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing process for both local and import materials (fabric, accessories, spare parts, general supplies).
• Source new suppliers, request quotations, and conduct price comparison to obtain competitive pricing and best quality.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedule with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) via ERP system and ensure accuracy of specifications, quantity, and price.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Local & Import Purchasing, preferably in garment / manufacturing industry.
• Good negotiation and communication skills in English (both written and spoken) is a must for dealing with overseas suppliers.
• Proficient in ERP system and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, honest, high integrity, and well-organized.
• Able to work under pressure, strong time management, and proactive in problem solving.
• Domiciled in Semarang or willing to be placed in Semarang.
